Facilities

LTF’s student accommodation is packed full of features. The facilities include a laundry with washing machine, dryer, modern kitchen with all new appliances, open living/dining area with wall-mounted TV, split-system heating/cooling throughout, plus a large outdoor area with undercover deck.

The house has 7 bedrooms (6 bedrooms with multiple beds and 1 master bedroom), 5 toilets and 5 bathrooms with modern fixtures and ample cupboard space. All utilities such as gas, electricity and high-speed internet are included in the rental rates.

Security

Your security is important to us. Our student accommodation is only available to student pilots at Learn To Fly, meaning that there will be no outside tenants living in the house. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are lockable. Bedrooms can be rented as shared or single depending on available space.

Location

The house is conveniently located just 1.5km from the Learn To Fly training base at Moorabbin, which is a 15-minute walk. Cheltenham Train Station (on the Melbourne-Frankston Line) is less than 3km away and can be reached by Bus 828 that is available nearby on Centre Dandenong Road or Bus 903 that is available on Warrigul Road.

DFO Moorabbin Shopping Centre and a variety of shops including a supermarket are just 1km away, with the huge Southland Shopping Centre 3km away. A bicycle is also available at the house for you to use.
